I teach a senior level/introductory graduate course on structural analysis (CE 220) and a graduate course on nonlinear structural analysis (CE 221).
I conduct research on the computer simulation of the structural response under extreme static and dynamic loads and the application of computer analysis to performance-based structural engineering with special emphasis on earthquake engineering.
